Ayberk Yatağan (“Developer”) provides Sand Tray: Neon Puzzle (“App”) as a free, ad-supported mobile service. This page explains what data the App processes, how ads and analytics work, and your rights.
Rewarded and interstitial ads may be shown via Google AdMob. In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) form may appear. On first launch the App also shows in-app consent choices (“Essential only” / “Allow all”).
If you choose “Essential only”, or on iOS you select “Ask App Not to Track” on the App Tracking Transparency prompt, the App does not track you: personalized ads and ad measurement are turned off, Google UMP / cookie consent UI is not shown, and ads continue as non-personalized (NPA). You can still play. You can also turn off analytics in Settings.
The App does not create user accounts; there is no sign-in / profile server. Progress is stored only on your device. Uninstalling the App removes on-device game data. For analytics or advertising ID, you can reset related permissions / the advertising ID in your device settings.
The App is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or under 16 where that age applies in the EU). If we learn that such data was collected, we take reasonable steps to delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current text is published on this page; material changes may also be communicated in the App or via this URL.
